Join Melissa McDaniel of “Melissa’s Southern Jewelry”  at the Arts Council of Livingston Parish on Saturday, March 9th.  
 
You will create a St. Patrick’s beaded bracelet with various colors of green beads and a St. Patrick ‘s Day Charm.  You will learn tips on making any stretch bracelet.  
 
All materials will be supplied.
